The tebubia tree

Tebubia (Tabebuia aurea) trees like this one is a common site in Mysore. Full of blooms without a trace of folliage. Botanically they belong to Bignoniaceae (Bignonia family) and is said to be originated from Argentina and Brazil.

This lonely tree against the unimpressive backdrop of an un plastered brick wall rouse a sick feeling in me.
